This Privacy Policy describes how Alan Burcet ("ABUR", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Flatn't application (the "Service"), a Frutiger Aero–style icon pack designed to customize Android launchers.

2. Information We Collect

Flatn't is an icon pack: its sole function is to provide icons that compatible Android launchers apply to your installed apps. For this technical function to work correctly, when a compatible launcher connects to Flatn't to request an icon, the following technical information is automatically processed, locally on your device:

• Launcher identifier: the name/package of the launcher requesting the icon, to verify compatibility.

• Application identifier (package name): the technical identifier of the app for which an icon is being requested.

• Requested application name: the visible name of the app for which a matching icon is being searched within the pack.

This information is used solely and locally, on your own device, to determine which icon in the pack corresponds to each installed application. Flatn't does not send this information to our servers or to any third-party servers. No transmission of this information occurs outside of your device.

Flatn't does not collect personally identifiable data, location, contacts, photos, personal files, payment data, or any other type of sensitive information.

3. Purpose of Processing

The local processing described in Section 2 is carried out exclusively to:

• Allow the launcher to correctly apply the corresponding icon to each app.

• Verify compatibility between the icon pack and the launcher being used.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical icon-matching issues.

We do not use this information for advertising, user profiling, or any commercial purpose unrelated to the app's basic functionality.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing described above is based on the performance of the functionality requested by the user themselves when installing and using an icon pack (legitimate interest / technical necessity to provide the requested service), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.

5. Sharing of Data with Third Parties

Flatn't does not share, sell, or transfer information to third parties. The app does not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics, or any other third-party service (for example, it does not use Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or similar services).

If a future version were to incorporate any third-party service, this policy will be updated beforehand and reflected accordingly in the "Data Safety" section of Google Play.

6. Data Retention

Since the technical information described is processed exclusively in memory, locally on the device, and is not stored on our own or third-party servers, we do not retain any record of this information beyond the specific moment the launcher requests the icon.

7. Data Security

All relevant information is processed locally on the user's own device, without transmission to external servers, which significantly minimizes the security risks associated with the remote transfer or storage of data.

8. User Rights

Since Flatn't does not collect or store personal data on external servers, there is no identifiable information that needs to be accessed, corrected, or deleted in our systems. 9. Children's Privacy
